Dalemark’s systems are designed to accommodate both automatic and semi-automatic identification applications. They provide either tabletop or floor-based solutions; as well as fully integrated in-line units to meet virtually any requirement. Using Dalemark products, we can engineer a range of product transport systems when a complete turn-key coding, printing or labeling solution is requested.

This simple coding device is designed to integrate with a conveyor transporting cartons, cases or trays. Models are available that can print either registered print in precise locations or random repeating messages. It can print on the top, side or bottom of moving packages. By using quickly interchangeable rubber type characters it produces sharp, dark, clear text messages and date information automatically.

Ruggedly designed the Series 100 can be installed in small areas and can be reversed for product flow in either direction. It is delivered with a simple two screw mount for the side of the conveyor so that you can begin to use the coder within minutes of its delivery to your plant.

Rubber type characters, or complete messages and company logos, are available in numerous different sizes and styles. The unit can be used with two types of ink roils; pre-inked disposable rolls, or rolls that can be re-inked by the user.

The Series 200 HD is of such exceptionally rugged design that it is optimal for any carton, case or   tray coding application or environment. It is ideal for date, batch or logo printing on almost any top, bottom or side moving surface. Its design even allows for printing on uneven or bulging surfaces. Inks are available for printing on both porous and non-porous materials.

Models are available for both registered or random print, with maximum print lengths from 15” – 18” and print heights between 7/8” – 3 7/8”. A wide selection of rubber type characters are available to suit virtually every print need.
