Integra Piezo Inkjet Coder for Large Print Areas on Corrugate or other Porous Materials.

Integra PP108 Performance Piezo Industrial Inkjet Coder: The INTEGRA PP108 is a revolutionary, standalone print system intended for large print areas on corrugate and other porous substrates. It leverages the SEIKO print head and a circulating print system. This principle prevents the accumulation of air in the nozzles and ensures a permanent, clean print image without line-outs due to dropping nozzles. Pump control and automatic adjustment of internal circulation pressure allows installation of the ink tank above, below or same level as the print head. The air in the ink supply and print head is automatically removed from the print system.

INTEGRA PP108 BICOLOR

The Markoprint Integra PP108 is now available in a bicolor version. It is the first high-resolution, two-color inkjet coder in the market for porous surfaces including corrugate shipping cases, lumber, and paper bags.

The system uses the same 4.25-inch printhead as the original Integra PP108 monocolor. On the bicolor unit, each of the two nozzle rows print a different color - black and red - with additional colors coming in the future.

Integra PP108 Bicolor has two 700ml ink tanks where the mineral oil free inks are filled in order to feed the printhead. Inks are kept under pressure to prevent ink spills and to enhance useability.
