X1JET LX ULTRA offers all the advantages of a small Thermal Inkjet printer that’s now available in a 1-inch tall printhead. The coder combines the printhead and print controller in a housing made of robust, milled and anodized aluminum. It labels absorbent surfaces quickly, precisely and reliably with a printing distance of up to 10 mm.

The printhead has a double row of nozzles that enables high-quality prints with a resolution of up to 600 dpi. Up to nine layouts including fonts, serial numbers, barcodes or logos can be selected for direct printing. X1Jet LX ULTRA has an integrated photo sensor that automatically triggers the start of printing.

The Markoprint IJet Thermal Ink Jet Printer is a fully self-contained programmable coder that employs the HP print cartridge. Super compact thermal inkjet Coder (TIJ)

The Markoprint X1JET is a compact and powerful inkjet coding system that is available in field upgradable versions to suit the exact print need of the customer. The X1JET is designed for a wide range of coding applications for use in many industries. It is a fully capable coding system that can be employed to print complete track & trace information and codes.

The compact, fully integrated, controller/printer combination comes in a single unit. The innovative system codes both absorbent and non-absorbent materials – quickly, accurately and reliably. The system offers excellent print resolution and a high level of system reliability through its ink cartridge technology which is well tested and proven with over one million installations worldwide. The cartridge print height is up to 12.5 mm or ½”. (Other similar systems are available when taller print is required.)

Universal and flexible use

The X1Jet is so simple to use that it requires no training due to its 3-logic intuitive operation with LED status lights.

The X1JET uses True Type fonts for printing and prints all conventional 1 and 2 dimension bar codes.

The system is simply integrated into packaging systems and conveyors for printing from the side or top.

The unit is supplied with an already integrated photo sensor for print triggering. External print signaling is an option when beneficial.

Inks

A wide range of water and solvent based inks to work in virtually any application or with any material. Paper, cartons, coated surfaces, foils, plastics etc. are coded permanently, with excellent high resolution print clarity.

Markoprint X4Jet Multi-Printhead Coding System

The Markoprint X4Jet controls up to 4 HP or LX print heads. These printheads can be set to print one 2” tall image on one production line or four ½” tall images on four separate production lines. The X4Jet controller allows for onboard label creation and editing.  This system provides high sped printing capabilities and allows fro different print triggers and different print speeds on different packaging lines.

The flexibility of printhead configuration allows this system to be superbly versatile in meeting the most demanding coding needs. The system can print text, logos, graphics, all formats of lineal bar codes and high density 2 D codes and can increment printed information on its own or from a database.

The X4Jet can be used as a stand-alone system with its integrated 2.7“ OLE display and iLogic input or the print designs can created using iDesign message creation software. The animated graphics of the controller make for very simple operation.

The Accufast P4 Thermal Ink Jet Printer is a fully integrated feeding and handling system for flat cartons and cards that is supplied with one “Split Print Imager”. Each section of the Split Imager is capable of holding two print cartridges (each cartridge with a 1/2” print height) – for a total of 1” print width from each “Split”. Between the two “Split” imagers the total print height is 2”. Each section of the Imager can be precisely positioned along a rail for exact print positioning. This print system can supplied with a selection of feeding devices to suit the size and characteristics of the goods to be printed. If needed a sliding stand can also be provided for easy changeover from one feeder to another.

The system takes a single item to be printed from the bottom of a controlled stack, feeds that single item into the print portion of the system where the inkjet cartridges can deposit the image, text, bar codes or other print images that have been design on the free software. Once printed, each item can be dropped into a simple collection device or placed onto an extended shingling conveyor for easy further handling without print interruption.

The P-4 is capable of ultra-high print speeds and data handling that allow for individualized printing of ever changing information without print speed sacrifice. Print resolutions up to 900 dots per inch are easily selectable in the programming software in order to give the best print images possible on any material.

A wide range of inkjet inks in simple to exchange cartridges are available to suit virtually any print need or material including UV light curable inks for superior abrasion resistance and totally solvent free printing.

Printing a simple lot code and expiration date on cartons and cards is a perfect task for the P-4 as is the adding of full ingredient information over a lager print area.

The Accufast P8 is ideal either as a stand alone printer with the ACCUFAST HDF Feeder or as a print module at the end of an inserter.

The Accufast P8 features two banks of 4 print cartridges each (that’s where the 8 comes from) to give a full 4 inches of print. Each imager can be positioned over a 14 inch print path and controlled by either including print manager software or a Vista compliant Print Driver. Imagers may be individually positioned vertically to give improved print quality on uneven materials. Material is transported through the P8 by a vacuum belt system at speeds up to 100 inches per second. Pieces over .250 inch thick may be successfully run.

The P8 includes an I/O port that allows signals generated in the printer to be sent to input or output devices that are running in line with the printer (think mail sorting).
