Blister cards have become the popular choice in packaging over the years. They provide a cost-effective way of displaying your product line and offer many advantages over other forms of packaging.

Every item sold on the market today is packaged in a unique way to make the product stand out.  Most products have identifiers printed on them also, like batch numbers, date of manufacturing, along with the UPC code.

Blister cards come in many shapes and sizes. They can be single cards, but can also be used with other variations, i.e., front and back, or a fold-over card. With a single card, the blister is sealed to the card using a heat-seal method. They can be trapped between front and back cards which are bonded together, or on a card which is folded then bonded.

Goods such as toys, hardware, electrical items, personal care items, office supplies, and the like are packaged using blister cards. The paperboard card and clear, pre-formed plastic such as PVC make up the items container.  The unique shape and design of each blister card could dictate which card printer you choose.
